God’s Pantry is our emergency food pantry. The pantry is open on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month from 9-11am. We also host our God’s Pantry Cafe, which is a time to spend getting to know the clients with coffee and yummy treats.

Cereal
Pasta
Pasta Sauce
Canned Soup
Canned Meat
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Dry milk or boxed milk to keep in a pantry

Our wonderful volunteers distribute food to those in our local community in need of help. We are partnering with Roadrunner food bank of the Southwest. Roadrunner food bank is a partner with Feeding America the larger food distributor of our nation, where we are able to purchase food at an extremely reasonable cost. RRFB also is partnered with USDA and Health Services Department to bring the pantries free food to distribute to the clients. Even with all of these great opportunities we highly encourage and accept donations of canned goods and other non-perishable items from our congregation. Donations of food can be dropped off at University UMC Monday-Friday during office hours or Sunday morning.
