Kairos is a program like the Walk to Emmaus and similar programs, that hosts a 4-day event inside prisons to help build communities of faith within the prison population. Locally, a team of men are preparing to host a Kairos weekend inside the Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility, just outside Las Cruces, September 25-28, with a team of men and women supporting them outside the prison. It is an incredible experience and there are many ways you can support this team. We need people for prayer vigils, to write prayer messages, to bake cookies, to decorate placements, to donate money, and much more.
