Kids of the Kingdom

Elementary  & Middle School children’s Sunday School. We aid the children in Christian development by introducing them to God’s word and the love of Jesus Christ. The curriculum is a rotational model that includes Music, Storytelling, Games, Cooking, and Videos; all directly related to the scripture lesson.

  • Kindergarten – 3rd grade – Room 8  with Sherlyn Bledsoe
  • 4th grade- 7th grade – Room 9 with Rosanna Geiger & Brian Townsend

This class explores the stories of the Bible by looking at the history, studying the facts, reading the scripture, and lots of discussion. Everyone’s opinions matter and no one person is right or wrong. Every scripture means something different to each person, and we learn from each others’ interpretation.

The SONshine class studies the Bible through using media, books, and scripture.
